Lee Beaulac is senior vice president of Housing and Economic Development at Rural Opportunities, Inc. (ROI). On Mr. Beaulac's watch, ROI has developed and preserved more than 6,000 units of housing and helped more than 2,000 families become first-time home buyers in rural areas of New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Indiana, and Puerto Rico.
Bill Faith is executive director of the Coalition on Homelessness and Housing in Ohio (COHHIO). Under Mr. Faith's leadership, COHHIO's 700-plus members have successfully framed homelessness within the broader context of improving Ohio's housing policies for low-income and at-risk families.
Manny Gauna is executive vice president of Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC). CPLC serves approximately 75,000 clients each year, managing more than 250 contracts for services with an annual operating budget of more than $48 million.
Bruce Gottschall is the executive director of Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago. Under his stewardship, Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago has helped more than 144,000 Chicagoans with loans totaling more than $307 million, rehabilitated more than 22,000 homes, and created more than 2,150 homeowners.
Sharon Lee is the founding executive director of Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI). LIHI has developed 2,600 affordable homes throughout Seattle and western Washington. Close to 70 percent of those homes are dedicated to people at 30 percent or less of the area's median income.
Jaimie Ross is affordable housing director of 1000 Friends of Florida. She is also the founder of the powerful coalition behind the William E. Sadowski Affordable Housing Act, and she was instrumental in forming the Florida Housing Coalition, a leading nonprofit provider of training and technical assistance.
