Alumni Directory
April 13, 2007
Dear Alumni:
On February 23, the Fannie Mae Foundation's sole funder, Fannie Mae, announced that it will consolidate its philanthropic initiatives into the new Office of Community and Charitable Giving, which will build on the Foundation's mission.
Although the Fannie Mae Foundation is ceasing operations, we know that your good work will continue. It is in this spirit, recognizing your ongoing commitment to better leadership that we provide you with this Fannie Mae Foundation Leadership Programs Alumni Directory.
For more than two decades, the Fannie Mae Foundation has proudly supported those at the forefront of the housing and community development field through our Leadership Programs - the James A. Johnson Community Fellowship Program, the Fannie Mae Foundation Fellowship Program at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government, the Maxwell Awards of Excellence Program, and the Innovations in American Government Awards in Affordable Housing.
The directory includes contact information and individual photos (when available) for past participants of the Leadership Programs. You may access the alumni directory online by visiting http://www.knowledgeplex.org/. We also invite you to join the alumni network located on KnowledgePlex.® Please help us keep the directory as current as possible by e-mailing changes to your contact information to community_giving@fanniemae.com.
I hope you will use this directory to connect with other leaders in the field and share your ideas for solving our nation's greatest housing challenges. On behalf of the Fannie Mae Foundation, I thank everyone associated with our Leadership Programs, and I wish you continued success.
Best regards,
Peter Beard
Executive Director
